Today I was able to get up to date with my google docs. I have began working on my product. In order to complete my product by Friday I will have to work at home this today and tomorrow night, and probably during lunch. Since I have done everything I needed to on my google docs, I will just worry about creating and reflecting my product. Today I acted like a balanced person of the IB characteristics since I had to work extra hard to finish with the work I was behind with. I would rate myself a 6 since I had a positive attitude.

03/05/12. REFLECTION

I was able to finish my evaluation stage. My create part was done since I was adding the screen shots of my product to my google docs. I would rate myself with a 6 in my attitudes in technology since I kept a positive attitude to complete my evaluate stage.I was mostly reflective because I had to reflect on all the stages in the design cycle for my evaluation and attitudes in technology stages. I would like to improve in my thinker skills so I could be more detailed while writing.

02/28/12.

Today I started working on my evaluate stage. I have finished the creation of my project. I inserted my blog postings into my google document by taking screen shots of them. Today I had to be knowledgeable since I had to learn how to add my blogs to my posts and be able to ask questions for what I didn't understand. I  On a scale of 1-6 my attitudes in technology would be at a 7 since I am on track with my project due to me being efficient and working during class.

02/23/12 REFLECTION.

Today I was able to complete my plan stage. I am ready to create my product. Today I will be completing creating my slide-show and finishing all of my google doc. Today I was very balanced because I had to make sure I was completing everything the teacher was asking for. On my attitudes in technology I would  score myself a 7 since I was very efficient and worked during all the class period without distractions. I am almost done with my final product.

Reflection 02/21/12.

By this week I should already have finished with the planning stage of my project so that I can create my product.  I have finished with my investigation, my design on creating my 3 designs. Today I  finished my designs, but I will also be able to work on this project not only at school but also at home to fix the last design if I need to.  Today I had to be reflective since I had to re-do something I had already done on my google docs but had not done it right.  On my attitudes in technology I would rate myself a 6 since I was efficient and was able to fix and continue working on my google docs.

Reflection 02/16/12

Today I was able to add the Areas of Interaction to my introduction, which ware community and service. I use the examples that was on the board which was the Human Ingenuity, ATL etc. In my attitudes in technology I would rate myself a 6 since I was productive and maintained a positive attitude. The IB learner characteristic I resembled the most was balanced because I was on task tried to finish the most work possible. I will probably stay after school so I can finish my area of interaction part.

2/14/12

Today I accomplished creating a "Gnatt chart" using Microsoft Excel. By next class I will work on finishing my planning stage so that I can begin creating my product. I also need to complete and reflect about what I need to put on my plan.  I was balanced because I had to pay attention. On my attitudes in technology I would rate myself a 6 because t I was able to keep up with everything and maintain a positive attitude.

February 6, reflection.

On Monday February 6,  I completed my introduction by following the "Design Folder Checklist". I answered all the questions. I also evaluated and compared two different tools I could use to create my slide-show. Today I was reflective because I had to go back and evaluate the tools I was planning to use to create my final product and select which ones could be the best. I would like to improve  my attitudes by next class On a scale of 1-6 my Attitudes in Technology would be at a 4 since I started feeling exasperated. 

Reflection 02/10/12.

Reflection - Today, I was able to take my IB learner quiz, and I got a 90, but I tried again and at the second time I got a 100. I also accomplish how to create a survey monkey account and work on it, because I had never heard about it, I create a 5 questions survey about my IB learner slide show. The IB learner that I use the most was communicator, because I share my ideas with my friends next to me. I would like to improve my google docs because I think it need more information in my Design Brief Section. 

REFLECTION

Today I start doing my Design Brief and my Design Specification and I used the example we have here in class and the checklist to guide myself. I know that I miss some of my work, but I feel that  I could elaborate more  on my design specification, so I am planning to work on it at intervention I will also email Ms. Hinojosa to let her know why I did not finish the specification and that I'm a little confused on my assign. 

REFLECTION

Today, we have make 5 tables and we used two of those two tables to compare two web 2.0 tools to make our project.  The IB learner that I use the most was open- minded, because I open my mind to all the web sites to compare which would be the best for me to create my project. I would like to improve  knowledgeable to know which of this will be the best and easier for me. I'm planning to use Smile box which is a slideshow. On a scale of 1-6, my criterion F, Attitudes in Technology would be a positive thinker and more open minded in the web sites because it would help me to have a better project.

PRE- ASSESSMENT

Today I completed the MYP Tech Pre-Assessment and I scored a 66.  When I take the final EOC EXAM that will be SUMMATIVE and worth 60% of my grade, I want to score 90. I will being a risk taker to improve and finish successful EOC demonstrate all the stuff that I had learned during my course.  I will take care of my grade, pay attention and do not talk to much during class, take notes and review them after school and before any test. At the end of the course  I will compare the test that I took today with the EOC and see the answers that I had wrong.

REFLECTION

Today, I learned the parts of the MYP Design Cycle, and I accomplish taking my MYP Design Cycle quiz. I also learned the parts of the Design Cycle which are: Investigation, Design, Plan, Create, Evaluation, Attitudes and Technology and I remembered it the way of I DONT POOP COOKIES EVERYDAY ANYWAYS because it is easier for me to learn it. 

Hopefully I'll be able to finish  the rest of the introduction in the next class and start on my investigation.

Today, I learned how to use google docs. First I played a game to know stuff about the design cycle and the steps of it. I also learned how to cite websites in easy bib, which is the most helpful and easier way to cite webpages. Another thing that I learned in the class today, is how to create a blog using blogger, and how to publish a post. Also that i do not have to do a google account i can use the same as in google here.
